Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment so that we can complete your service fully. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment in order to accommodate the next client. We understand that emergencies happen, but if you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you booked on the same day, please notify us within 1 hour of your appointment time. Otherwise, there will be a flat fee charge of $10 on your appointment.
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged % of the expected cost.
Nail Bar by Isa accepts all major credit cards and cash.
There is a 3.8% charge fee for credit cards
Tips are welcomed in cash only. However, the most generous gratuity you can provide us is the referral of friends and family.
Please silence your phone while your getting your service so that you may receive all the relaxation vibes and be mindful of others.
We are not responsible for any items left in the store. Please make sure you have all your belongings with you prior to leaving the salon. However, we can hold any items if found in the salon for a period of 6 months.
Gift cards Expire within a year of purchase. They cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, and they cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are final sales.
